Victoria S. Zagitova is the founder of Young and Hired (YH), a global career platform empowering the next generation of professionals in international relations, sustainability, fashion, business and human rights. Her mission is clear: to make global careers more accessible, inclusive, and exciting for young people, especially those navigating competitive fields without traditional connections or experience.
